This role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and guiding team members to meet service standards. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibilities
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner under the RGM’s guidance.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts.
