Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell franchise operations in Hernando, MS. This role focuses on running successful shifts, taking ownership of issues, and guiding team members to meet performance standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and a strong sense of ownership. Physical demands include standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical ability.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs and walk 80% of shift time.
• Background checks required for management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
