Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in Horn Lake, Mississippi. You will support the RGM by running great shifts with a self-sufficient approach and take ownership to solve problems while guiding others.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and strong math/analytic skills; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
