As a Shift Manager, you will supervise teams, monitor quality, safety and costs, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering outstanding service to guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in quick service restaurant supervision.
• Proven ability to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to train staff and enforce company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 1 to 7 Team Members and supports GM in operations.
• Runs shifts and enforces company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Delivers quality guest service, safety, cleanliness, and product preparation.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards and supports training.
• Assists in staffing decisions, interviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
