Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to support our stores and General Managers in delivering an exceptional guest experience and empowering the team to perform at their best.

You will help train the next generation of leaders, supervise 1–7 team members, ensure quality, guest service, safety and compliance, and uphold company policies while maintaining an inviting, 'Employer of Choice' environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant leadership experience
• Ability to supervise and develop a team of 1–7 employees
• Strong knowledge of food safety, safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Excellent guest service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in supervising team to deliver quality, guest service, and cost control
• Runs shifts and ensures execution of company policies and procedures
• Supervises 1 to 7 team members and coordinates staffing
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to grooming standards
• Provides leadership, direction, training and development to the restaurant team
