Qualifications

• Motivate and lead staff to achieve goals.
• Read, write and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supports General Manager in supervising a team to deliver quality, guest service, and safety.
• Runs shifts and supports GM in executing company policies and procedures.
• Supervises 1–7 team members and ensures staffing needs are met.
• Ensures compliance with laws, safety standards and company policies.
• Provides leadership, training, and development to the restaurant team.
