Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant with ability to ensure guest satisfaction and training.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with management and staff to provide quality service.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals.
• General knowledge of computers and POS systems.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for keeping detailed records.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Open availability to work any shifts as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to meet quality, guest service, and safety goals.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies.
• Knowledge of station functions and record-keeping.
• Supervises 1 to 7 Team Members.
• Maintain Employer of Choice environment.
• Provide leadership, training and development.
• Explain menu items to guests clearly.
• Use POS to record orders and collect payment.
• Follow food handling and sanitation standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming.
