Qualifications

• 1-2 years in quick service with guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to train and lead staff to meet goals.
• Cash handling and basic math skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to deliver quality, guest service, safety, and product preparation.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies, programs and systems.
• Record and monitor daily performance and staffing needs; supervise 1–7 team members.
• Explain menu items to guests accurately and respond to questions.
