Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to help run daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach team members, uphold food safety standards, and support management in achieving performance goals.

This leadership role provides growth opportunities toward Assistant Manager, with hands-on development and a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of restaurant/retail/leadership experience (preferred).
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Experience with a POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support business needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicate restaurant needs and maintenance concerns to management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
