Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, and upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using a POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
