Job summary

Burger King in Colorado is hiring an Hourly Shift Leader to run restaurant operations during shifts when management isn't present. You will lead a team, ensure food quality, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction.

You’ll supervise 3–15 teammates, manage ordering, prep, and service, and handle daily paperwork while contributing to a positive, fast-paced work environment. This role offers growth and benefits as part of a large Burger King family.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist in supervision, training, and coaching of staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation tasks such as slicing and portioning meat and vegetables.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
