Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Minimum 6 months in shift management or supervisory role.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Flexible hours and reliable transportation.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication.
• Ability to learn quickly with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standard.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Coach and provide feedback to team.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair staffing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Report serious issues to management and HR.
• Conduct daily inventory monitoring.
