Job summary

Qualifications

• Cross-train on various positions within the restaurant

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality product and guest service experience ensuring total guest satisfaction
• Establish an environment of trust with clear communication across the organization
• Plan, organize and implement daily operational routines and paperwork
• Open/close duties as directed by Restaurant Management
• Support the goals and directives of Restaurant Management
• Follow POS procedures and cash handling procedures
• Resolve guest questions and complaints in a timely and efficient manner with management involvement
• Delegate shift responsibilities and drive team performance
