Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring Brand standards and a great guest experience. You will set priorities, assign tasks, and motivate the team while delivering timely feedback.

Required are English fluency, restaurant/retail or supervisory experience, and basic math/writing skills. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crew Members to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals and assign tasks; provide feedback.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness according to guidelines.
• Drive sales and manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure products are prepared to Brand standards.
