Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to move/lift up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee team members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed.
