Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast service and resolve guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Oversee product preparation, sanitation, and costs; manage daily operations including opening/closing duties.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork and communication.
• Keep guests and team informed, handle bottlenecks, and uphold standards and safety.
