Job summary

Weber Enterprises is seeking a Shift Leader for Taco Bell in Gresham, OR. Lead by example, manage shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding food safety and quality standards. 18+ with restaurant or customer service experience preferred; opportunities for growth and full- or part-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing, handling guest concerns, and maintaining a positive, efficient work environment with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, manage shifts, and develop leadership skills.
• Maintain speed with service goals and resolve guest complaints quickly.
• Make sound business decisions quickly to ensure quality and neat appearance.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Anticipate service bottlenecks and resolve issues.
• Oversee product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation, while managing labor and food costs.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities, supervise crew productivity, ensure equipment is clean.
• Execute marketing programs, including POP placement and suggestive selling.
• Contribute to daily workflow with punctual attendance and high energy.
• Learn quickly and adapt to constant changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, encourage teamwork.
