Job summary

Taco Bell in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Shift Lead who will drive the team during busy shifts, uphold Taco Bell's standards, resolve guest concerns, and coach teammates to deliver great service.

You will execute the MIC routines, supervise team members, ensure food safety and accuracy, manage cash, and support the GM with staffing and operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliability with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and keep a neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on performance and training.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
• Manage cash handling and security procedures.
