Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations of the cafe in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will ensure team awareness of brand standards, SOPs, and guest connections during each shift to deliver day-making experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a leadership role or trained to take on Shift Leader duties.
