Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Must be able to work flexible days and times as business needs change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeping the team engaged and on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and keeping an inviting coffeehouse.
• Knows the day’s deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor.
• Reads team needs and delegates objectives and tasks accordingly.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
• Ensures procedures are followed for quality, cash handling, and safety.
• Coaches and trains the team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits and inventories.
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback in the moment.
