Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for the Zaxbys location in Georgia to oversee shift operations, manage product, process, and people, assign tasks, and resolve guest concerns. The role emphasizes coaching and training, ensuring standards are met, and handling opening/closing duties.

You will drive a high-performance culture, mentor staff, and maintain safety, quality, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Successful completion of background check
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Shift Leader Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
• Create a culture of high-performance and coach team members to meet standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to the General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing tasks are completed.
• Collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress to leadership.
