Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the product, process, and people during a shift at Zaxbys. You will set shift goals, coach staff, and respond to guest concerns while ensuring standards are met. The role includes opening/closing duties, training, and driving a positive team culture.

Lead by example, manage tasks, and maintain compliance with company guidelines and safety procedures. Opportunities to advance and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part‑time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full‑time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Strong leadership qualities and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrates adherence to company standards and local laws for time punches.

Responsibilities

• Manage product, process, and people to execute a shift while guiding team performance.
• Create and coach a high‑performing culture and meet company standards.
• Mentor and develop team members and report performance to the GM.
• Prioritize guest and team experiences, resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate shift goals, delegate tasks, and supervise during a shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and cash handling rules.
