Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Lafayette, CO seeks a Shift Leader to energize the team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with the General Manager, coach staff, and help open/close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring a safe, clean environment.

You’ll lead by example, support scheduling, and strive to maintain top food quality while upholding policies. Growth opportunities from Shift Leader to General Manager have begun for many teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure safe, clean operations.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed to maintain high service standards.
• Help the team grow their careers, with opportunities to advance to higher roles.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and compliance with store policies.
