Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, be 18+, and pass background checks. ServSafe certification is preferred prior to leadership training. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check per law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance.
