Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to set the morale and tone and coach coworkers as needed.

Open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities as many GMs started as Shift Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license when required by location.

Responsibilities
