Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Littleton, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to help run the store with the General Manager, motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as required by law and company policy.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training where applicable.

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain quality and service.
