Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Leader to inspire and guide the team, ensuring a great guest experience and safe, clean stores. You’ll partner with the General Manager to set team morale, coach members, and open/close the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and meet driving qualifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
