Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check according to local/state/federal laws.
• ServSafe Certification required or obtainable prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver a great guest experience.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Grow your leadership career; many GMs started as Shift Leaders.
