Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team, set the tone, and ensure a great guest experience. You will open/close the store, guide staff, and maintain a clean, safe environment. This is a path to grow into a General Manager role as many leaders have done before.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license preferred but not always required.
