Einstein Bros. Bagels in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate a team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure quality and safety, and support store operations.

The position offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, competitive pay of $16.50 per hour, tips, and benefits including PTO after 90 days, a 401(k) match, and access to assistance programs. Prior ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours, including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
