Einstein Bros Bagels in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience during daily operations. You'll open and close the store, set the tone, provide feedback, and coach team members to maintain quality and service.

Expect a flexible schedule with early shifts (as early as 3am) and weekend hours, no evenings or nights in many locations. This role supports growth into a General Manager position with training and benefits, including paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred but location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store.
