Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and maintain a high standard of guest service. You will open/close the store, coach staff, and uphold hygiene and safety practices to ensure excellent products and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, and can work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends. ServSafe certification is required before completing leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred at some locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members; collaborate with General Manager.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean environment.
• Support store operations and help grow careers within the company.
