Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Surprise, AZ. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the tone, coach members, and open/close the store.

You’ll play a key role in food quality and safety while maintaining a clean environment. We offer a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, paid time off after 90 days, competitive pay with tips, and programs like EAP and 401K match to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older and able to work varied hours, including early shifts.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and uphold a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and a safe, clean environment.
