Einstein Bros. Bagels in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, uphold quality, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You will lead a small team, coach members, and help manage shift priorities with the General Manager.

The role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and customer service excellence. Youll open and close the store, maintain a safe, clean environment, and adapt to busy periods with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable by law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred and driving qualifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team; set morale and tone for the store.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food/beverage quality and a safe, clean environment.
• Support General Manager and help grow your career with the company.
