Qualifications

• Demonstrates mastery of Team Member responsibilities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts to keep energy high and shift on track.
• Optimizes sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Communicates deployment and roles clearly on the shop floor.
• Delegates tasks to meet competing priorities during a shift.
• Owns the shift and ensures smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
• Coaches teammates on responsibilities, products, promos, and recipes.
• Performs bank deposits, inventory, and product orders timely.
• Develops Team Members with coaching and feedback.
• Upholds Caribou's standards for quality, cash handling, and safety.
