• Owns the shift and ensures smooth hand-offs to the next shift.
• Coaches teammates on responsibilities, products, promos, and recipes.
• Performs bank deposits, inventory, and product orders timely.
• Develops Team Members with coaching and feedback.
• Upholds Caribou's standards for quality, cash handling, and safety.
