Job summary

Auntie Anne's in North Riverside, IL is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, coach a team, and ensure quality pretzel preparation and exceptional guest service. You will open/close procedures, manage cash, and maintain standards across operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food service, strong communication, and reliability. Flexible schedule, uniform provided, and room for advancement are offered in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic, and professional service.
• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure operational, food safety, and guest service standards are consistently met.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe environment throughout your shift.
