Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift, uphold high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll motivate and coach staff, handle challenges confidently, and know when to elevate issues to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Ability to taste-test products for quality.
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus.
