Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Stillwater, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll open and close with minimal supervision, coach staff, and uphold food quality and cleanliness.

We offer a flexible schedule, weekends, and opportunities for advancement. Prior leadership experience and ServSafe certification are valued as you help our stores run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Help maintain food and beverage quality and store standards.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and grow within the company.
