Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision, uphold quality and safety.

We offer flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, 401K with company match, EAP, and access to Learn To Live coaching. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience with the GM.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and beverages.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
