Youll need a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Pass background check in accordance with local laws.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and provide coaching to maintain guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, and a safe, clean environment.
• Help develop team members and support the General Manager in operations.
