Bruegger's Bagels in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach staff, open and close the store, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am), background check, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver's license where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Must pass background check where applicable by law.
• ServSafe Certification required or to be acquired prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to lead and coach team members; supervise opening/closing with limited supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
