Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate and coach staff, open/close the store, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll help set team morale and standards while safeguarding food quality and a clean environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training team members, and supporting the General Manager. This role offers a path to promotion and rewards a strong work ethic with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including possible early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license preferred and meet driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and set the morale and tone.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow into higher roles; many GM roles started as Shift Leaders.
