Bruegger’s Bagels in North Oaks, MN is seeking a Shift Leader who will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and drive a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach team members, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain the quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Opportunity to rise in the company from Shift Leader to General Manager.
