Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred and driving qualifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure safe, clean operations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain quality and service.
• Grow career within the company; many shift leaders advance to general manager roles.
