Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team in Blaine, MN. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, set the tone, provide coaching, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing with minimal supervision, maintaining store standards, and supporting career growth within Bagel Brands. Flexible scheduling and benefits apply, with emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
