Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check under local, state, and federal laws.
• ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred but not always required per location policies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a clean, safe store.
