Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, opening and closing the store with minimal supervision.

You will help maintain quality and a clean, safe environment while coaching team members. There is potential for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide feedback and coach team members; open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
