Jamba seeks a Shift Manager to lead the team on each shift, acting as the heartbeat of the store when leadership is away. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, maintain quality standards, and ensure guests leave refreshed and happy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required and food handler cert within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and act as the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges related to crew, guests, or suppliers.
• Know when to elevate issues to store leadership.
