Job summary

Jamba is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the store team on your shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll be the go‑to decision maker when leadership isn’t present, while upholding food safety, quality, and service standards.

We offer flexible schedules (20–40 hours/wk), on‑duty meals, employee discounts, and opportunities for training and growth. Must be 18+, with supervisory experience and a passion for team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active during shifts.
• Food handler certification preferred or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and be the go-to decision maker during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and support team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot challenges—team needs, guest concerns, or supplier issues.
• Know when and how to elevate matters to store leadership.
