Job summary

Whataburger is hiring a Shift Leader to drive operational excellence at our Carrollton restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and protect quality, service, and safety while motivating the crew to perform at their best.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to sharpen leadership skills, manage shift operations, and support daily goals. This role offers growth opportunities within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.
• ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and motivate Team Members to improve skills and performance.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, and sales performance.
• Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements.
